I'll probably just ignore it and mind my own business, but am considering sending them a copy of the new law, along with the CCB's Q&A info. stating that this is disallowed. Play it nicely first, maybe talk to them in a casual but professional manner, then turn them in if they are adamant. I'm not going to let someone imperil the boat that I'm in.
