Scottpat Posted March 26, 2012 Report Share Posted March 26, 2012 Don passed away on Saturday after a battle with cancer. Don was a good friend of mine and many many more. He was a passion for life and for the Boy Scouts of America was well known to all who knew him. Don was a longtime member of ASHI and the Great Lakes ASHI Chapter. Don will be missed by all who knew him and by all he impacted by his cheerful smile and that dang camera he was always pointing at ya. Rest in peace Don, I will see you at Gilwell! The services will be as follows at: N. H. Scott & Hanekamp 1240 Waukegan Road Glenview, IL 60025 Phone: 847-998-1020 on Tuesday, March 27, 2012 from 4-8 pm with a funeral service at the home at 8:00 pm. Burial is Wednesday, March 28th, in Neponset, IL, approx a 2-1/2 hour drive from our house, everyone is welcome, but no one but family is expected.
