All the stuff we relearned in the '70's, is now getting relearned again, and also largely ignored. otoh, he is tilting at entities much larger than himself. A mega-hydra of a building industry is going to fight everything he's talking about at every opportunity; his ideas are not free market friendly...they demand unitary control of primary design, systems & components, and methods for assembly.
