My big sister is relocating there and is going to need a home inspector this summer. Also, if anyone has personal knowledge (good or bad) of some real estate agents down there, I'd sure appreciate the heads up. Not only did he give her a professional courtesy (discount), but I've read the report and can tell he did a very good job. If another of my right coast, extra-liberal family members or friends is forced to move to the United State of Texas, I'll be sure and give Don's name to them.
