I gave them a categorized price list of charges per visit, plus an hourly rate with minimum. Any of you guys doing this kind of thing? Comments etc welcome. The scenario you describe is a well known tune over in the public sector. I guess my reaction would be to let the city overrule me and keep going. They are the "authority having jurisdiction". I, on the other hand, am just a consultant whose opinion is based on an interpretation of the law. You know what they say about opinions...
