homnspector
I didn't know whether to post this under HVAC or plumbing, so I will post it here. Image Insert: 57.19 KB
Phillip
Creative use of flashing that normal used on a plumbing vent. Is this on a roof or concrete?
fqp25
O.K. - I'll say the condensate drain is directly tied into something,(hopefully a drain line that is properly trapped). The other vent is a plumbing stack with a 4x2 reducer and a 2x 1 1/2" slip joint coupling which a brass/chrome trap has been installed. Maybe to keep out the torrential rains in Arizona?
