Sperry Volt Sensor

I just purchased a Sperry Sensor which in the "cautions" part of the operating instructions it says for use at altitude up to 2000 meters. What's up with that? I live at 7000' and it seems to work fine. It may have said that in other sensor's instruction but I have never noticed it before. Ed

Maybe they meant that you shouldn't use it around 2000 electrical meters.

Actually, I have no idea why the elevation should have any effect on that device.
