Builder Accuses Home Inspectors of Inciting Suits

Del Webb, a division of Pulte Homes is alleging in its response to a class action lawsuit by homeowners that private home inspectors, who'd falsely claimed to be associated with Del Webb and don't hold state-mandated licenses, had targeted elderly homeowners and used high-pressure tactics to get homeowners to sign onto defect lawsuits.
