Holy crab, I hadn't thought of the cliff angle. P.S. I live on the coast. Going to soar to 62 degrees today. I looked at a house for my son near Sacramento a week ago. Photo of me just after getting out of the attic around 1pm. 105 out. The bug guy wouldn't go in, just peeked from the opening. His report said it was too hot to enter Whoose. I'm 60, he were 33ish. You all probably know this, but if your wondering if a pipe is level down in the crawl you can lay your flashlight across it and see which way it rolls. Yes, it helps if you balance it first. [:-paperba

The Realtor said they weren't going to get a HI but the bank said they had to. The deck was huge and not good and 30 years old. Plumbing had too steep of drop and P-traps with no vents, etc. -
I couldn't get to it. But I just wanted to ID the stone. I'm maybe 1/10th as smart as you guys at this stuff. Fortunately my competitors aren't that brilliant either.[:-paperba Click to Enlarge 83.67 KB

Well heck. There are a couple of awg12 wires on 30 amp breakers so I'll get an electrician in there somehow, maybe. Plus the bad deadfront panel missing twistouts. Thanks for all the replies.
