Neal Lewis
There is a new circuit breaker panel box in this screen porch in the enclosed cabinet at the rear left, adjacent to the basement wall. There is a window next to the panel box, but the rest of the outside walls are screened only. Is a panel box rated for exterior use required here? It's a damp location because of the openings but not a wet location because rain will not contact it. Only enclosures in wet location are required to be weatherproof. It won't be exposed to liquids or splashing, or rain, snow, or sleet. Of course, the panel shouldn't be in that cabinet in the first place.
