Giant Lego blocks make for a quick build. I don't know if they worry about earthquake-proofing in China.

I saw pic a few years ago of concrete apartment towers in China that toppled over because somebody had cut corners on the foundation work.

I think the general attitude is, 'if people get hurt, get fresh people'.

It's more like every possible attitude; there's no one attitude. Some of the most amazing stuff in the world is getting built right now in China, and some of the crappiest.

It's a big complicated place.
