They are nothing special; just framed lighter with no attic and usually a crawl of some sort. Take your time to write the first report in word, save it and then use it as a template and overwrite it for all additional manufactured home inspections.

With the software I use, I can add or delete sections as needed. So I created a section titled Manufactured Home and it incorporates those items that are unique to manufactured homes. Everything else gets reported in its typical location on the report.

If it's a HUD-Code home, there's a multitude of issues that regularly crop up on them. Roof leaks on a new shingle roof, roof pitches that drop to zero then reverse near the eaves, sub-floor staples that pop up through the vinyl and carpet, doors that don't operate properly, water intrusion issues at lower window corners, etc.

I don't have a list. Just stay alert Rocky. Nice layout on your website.
