The home inspectors provide residential inspection services with the ability to identify mechanical and structural defects, inform and educate the client in verbal and written format about the condition of the property. This busy, successful, established home inspection operation is looking for awesome people who want to be successful home inspectors in the Boston and Southern Massachusetts market. The company?s owner is dedicated to training and mentoring the right candidate preferably someone who has some skin in the game, is attending a home inspector?s course, has passed the National Home Inspector?s Exam (or close to doing so) and is on their way to becoming a licensed inspector. This company wants their inspectors to JUST do inspections and ancillary services and not have to deal with administrative and marketing tasks. Have attended and completed classroom requirements for state licensing. ? Has taken and passed the National Home Inspector Exam or close to taking the exam ? Be available 5 days a week. One day must be on the weekend. ? Have a basic knowledge of construction or experience with remodeling, handyman/do-it-yourself projects, electrician or other related trades. ? Be personable, easy going with strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively and professionally with all stakeholders in a real estate transaction ? Be attentive to detail technically with the ability to discern client personalities quickly ? Have an ambition for personal and professional success ? Be a sponge when it comes to learning. Have the ability and passion to learn quickly. ? Have a professional, clean-cut appearance. ? Enjoy working in a family oriented, team focused, friendly work culture ? Possess excellent computer skills and demonstrate ability to learn reporting software ? Bi-lingual is a plus! Spanish speaking a bigger plus! Compensation Compensation is based and applied based on the individual?s status in the Home Inspector Licensing process and experience, and is further explained during the interview phase. Les Posted December 14, 2016 Report Share Posted December 14, 2016 Faith, I might be out of line here, but 60K is not very much money for that skill set.
