Bain
I have four Ultra Stingers and the lenses are scratched and the reflectors are slightly fogged. Has anyone successful ordered the lens assembly? I've Googled like crazy, and keep coming up with a Stinger replacement and an Ultra Stinger upgrade, but nothing says simply that it's intended for the Ultra. The upgrade looks like it would work, but I hate to waste time ordering, opening, and zapping back to the seller. http://www.outdoorsportsdepot.com/strepic75956.html http://www.officerstore.com/store/produ ... grade_kit/

It's been quite a while, but I've sent in 3 or 4 Streamlights for refurb, and they all came back with new parts, free of charge. As I recall, you still have to pay for the battery. Bain
It occurred to me, but I didn't want to be Stingerless for 6 to 8 weeks. And they don't sell their own products; one has to go through a distibutor.
Home Pride
There's a distributor near me that sells the "Streamlight Clear Polycarbonate Replacement lens" for about $1.00/each. Look here: http://www.southernce.com/prodinfo.asp?number=20160 Dom.
charlieb
Try the local PD supply store. Mine (2) are rebuilt and I'm out in about 15 min.
