I was called by a home owner that needs a new roof (and detached garage), because of the storm. She was concerned there might be some structural problems and did not want to get a roof without having the attic framing and crawlspace checked out to see if there was any other damage. Her detached garage was moved off its foundation. Well everything looked fine until I opened the hatch and looked in the crawlspace.
