hoosier inspector
This as a mobile home that had a roof installed over the existing roof. Instead of replacing the concentric vent, they tried to adapt this contraption. (yes that is a frying pan)

ejager
What is the pole with the sharpened point?and black cord/wire?
hoosier inspector
This vent has already been replaced, (I write up the work orders). This was not a home inspection, but an audit for a community action agency. The pole is to extend my combustion analyser to get a reading. They won't let me drill the flue anymore on sealed combustion appliances so I have to get it from the cap. I don't get on roofs with ice.
