Denray
The panel on the left must be a cut off, but the panel on the right with over current protection should be the main panel, correct? But, it has more than 6 throws to shut off the power. Click to Enlarge 53.28 KB Click to Enlarge 62.66 KB
Jim Katen
Where does the power come in from the meter? Do you have a picture of the lower right panel with its cover off?

Denray
The meter is on the outside of that garage wall. Click to Enlarge 60.97 KB
Richard Moore
Denny, the disconnect doesn't need to be an OCPD (breaker, etc) so that single shut-off lever does qualify as the service disconnect and, obviously, is less than 6 throws. It looks like you have grounding, bonding and other old house wiring issues but, with that disconnect, the number of throws is not the current problem.
