Stephen Lagueux
How would you clean efficiently and/or get rid of pet urine stains and smell from concrete floors?
Scottpat
Clean, neutralize and seal is the best way.

Mark P
There is a product called "Molecular Modifier" made by Bane-Clene that pro carpet cleaners use. You can order it off the internet.

Tom Raymond
Download Attachment: nuclear-explosion.jpg 100.54?KB Perhaps this is the only way to 'neutralize' the site.. There is a commercial property for sale not far from me, big restaurant/bar/picnic grove. The listing price is $60000. For the last 5 years it has been occupied by the local cat rescue organization, and at one time housed over 300 cats. I joke that if one burned it to the ground the ashes would smell like cat urine. stubrooks
I had an inspection in a house last fall where the previous owner must have had a whole herd of little dogs. Every floor register was eaten up, the base of the kitchen cabinets were stained and the dishwasher door and kick plate were rusted out.
