We have built it up to an average of 10-12 inspections per week, but due to family issues in kansas where we are from, we are going to have to move back. This is a great opportunity for someone. The average inspection fee here is $225-245, but about 99% of homes inspected are slab on grade, no crawlspaces, stucco and tile roofs. Most homes probably 80% are 1985 or newer.
