In Dr. Tsongas's testing funded by Dupont(Tyvek) he concludes that type D building paper performs the worst, and in testing by Joe L. and Paul F. they concluded the opposite. It all depends on the testing parameters. I'm sure I could make a case either way depending on the parameters used, which of couse would depend on who I was working for $$$.
