I was at the house to offer septic advice, not for an inspection. The sludge spread into an alluvial plume before it oozed into a stream that coursed through the property in its quest to reach Lake Ontario and, ultimately, your house. My new phone, the Casio Rock, is my latest attempt at finding a durable phone that'll last me more than a few months. It's waterproof (we'll see), has a cool Earth compass, a good speaker phone and a flashlight/ flash for the camera.
