I'd like to insert it into a boilerplate to use as a link and an easy way for me to quickly open up the chart and get a manufacturer date. It's not for actually inserting it into a report. Then you could call up the navigation pane and find things in the document much faster. . . Like this: Download Attachment: FURNACE_AGE_CHART.doc 508.34 KB Open the file, activate the navigation pane, and, bingo, you have an easy way to jump from manufacturer to manufacturer. Map And, did you know that you can retain the feature when you convert it to PDF, in the form of "bookmarks"?
