hausdok
Today I pulled up to a triplex and was little surprised to realize that I'd inspected the exact same building for a guy back in 2006. It's been painted since then but it's definitely the same building. Some things are unchanged and have gotten worse, some things have been corrected properly and some things have been half-assed and are going to lead to more/worse issues. The client didn't buy the building back in 2006. He ended up buying an 8-plex down in Kent instead which I'd also inspected for him. I wonder what the odds are in a city this large? I've inspected buildings that I'd previously inspected about a dozen times but the odds of hooking the same triplex twice has to be higher than hooking the same SFH. It was an interesting day.
