stanposs
I inspected a condo in Atlanta today with a conventional Gas HVAC and hotwater system when I saw this setup. The plumbing is very heavy duty, the gauges read 150psi each, and it has a high pressure release? that drains into the common drain with the hotwater heater prv.. What normal home system could need a constant 150psi of water? Click to Enlarge 33.7 KB
John Kogel
Condo building, strange plumbing, fire-red control box, multiple gauges and valves, sprinkler system. []
Scottpat
Yep, fire sprinkler system. The orange pipe on the left side and the red control box are dead give-a-ways.....
