We have been in a very slow market for abt two years now and our numbers are about the same as 10yrs ago. Our records usually indicate what the listing price is for the particular house and we have decades of records. Over the last couple of days, we did five houses that we had done in years past. 1. 1999 - 129,000 2008 - $32,000 2. 2001 - $65,000 2008 - $36,000 3. 1998 - $107,000 2008 - $18,000 3unit apt house 4. 2004 - 185,000 2008 - $145,000 4yrs old 5. 1991 - $210,000 2008 - $155,000 You can buy a nice rental house for less than a good pick-up truck!
