Always give a hollow block on top of a pier a good rap to be certain, at the very least, that it's core-filled with mortar. The drain line: Wheeeee! Last inspection had the deadbolt on the front entrance door replaced with another doorknob. Takes two hands to open the door, one on each doorknob.
