Terence McCann
[:-crazy] Do you ever ask "why me?" Chad summed it up correctly. I think the new name for a POS is "A Phillip" as in "I really had a Phillip today!". You're quite the magnet.
hausdok
What amazes me is that there is some horse's ass with teeth down there who keeps selling houses and how Phillip is always finding his flips. ONE TEAM - ONE FIGHT!!! Mike

AHI in AR
You guys are too harsh. A drop ceiling hides all sins. Right? Right?? And an 8" CMU foundation that has shifted less than 4" is OK. After all, there is still over half the original bearing surface to carry the load. Should be adequate! Seriously, though, Phillip. I hope you charge more for these inspections since they're worth it. Then again, the entertainment value derived from seeing some of this stuff is worth a little something... Brandon Whitmore
Did you recommend they turn down the water temp. so DWV pipes don't deform any more. [:-slaphap
