randynavarro Posted December 17, 2004 Report Share Posted December 17, 2004 Yea, good read. Looks like the inspector performed the status quo and didn't do anything negligent. The only sticky wickett is when he stated the "heating system is in GOOD condition" I too use that word in my reports. Makes me think twice about using that word however. I don't think I'll stop saying things are in GOOD condition if I'm very confident about the component, but maybe I'll pay more attention to using words like functional or operational instead.
