Ben H
While all this talk of social advertising has lit a fire under me. I spent the day at the computer.... Bain
My only suggestion would be to add some facetime and a voice-over or three, to personalize the video. Otherwise, well done.
randynavarro
Good stuff. I'm not so sure I'd add some voice or facetime. The current music leaves one's imagination going. Voice and face would detract.
Ben H
Thanks guys. I do have all the equipment Hd camera, lapel mics, mixers, etc... to do full blown commercial style videos. I may get to that in the future. But I get the giggles in front of a camera for some reason... I think I'll do a few come collages of different aspects of the home. Plumbing, electrical, etc.. I may need a few donated pics from the group to make it interesting. You can only see so many double taps in one video. And I'll defiantly keep the old 80's horror flick music. Chi chi chi chi- ha ha ha ha.....[]

Ben H
Slick! Where did you learn to do that? What program did you use? A couple different ones. The main video was done in Sony Vegas Pro 9. It's the real deal Holyfield of video editing software. The speech bubbles were created as vector art in Adobe Illustrator, and the building house was done in Adobe AfterEffects. I'm self taught. Lots and lots of hours playing around in the software, and watching youtube tuts on how to do certain things.

inspectorreuben
Great job Ben! Love it. Can the same type of video be made in Windows movie maker?? I've used Windows movie maker quite a bit, and I'd say no. You could use WMM for text, audio, photos, and lots of other stuff that he had in that video, but not that cool intro.
