Marc Posted July 4, 2011 Report Share Posted July 4, 2011 Dry rot? I had a severe case 3-4 years ago. I had to walk my hands on the wall to negotiate the hallway. I spent the indoor inspection attempting to guess where the joists were, else I'd step thru the sub-floor. I recommended demolition of the entire structure. It was only recently taken down. My client was going to buy this until I inspected the crawlspace.
