kurt Posted May 29, 2015 Report Share Posted May 29, 2015 It started in the 70's. I'm not aware of anyone doing insulation retrofits in the 50's and 60's. But, for sure insulation retrofit. Pull a plug to see if it's UFFI. Not that UFFI is bad, but the general public perception, driven by idiotic government mandates since repealed, has made it "bad". You want to know if it's UFFI.
