I've done #9 several times.

I used to be the master @ hopping a ladder down an eave. Also, to get down, I'd jump up, clamp my feet to the outside of the ladder, and rely on the friction of my hands & feet to slow me down as I slide down the 40 footer.

Yes, I was a lucky dumbshit, but acrobatic as all get out.
