randynavarro
SureFire Model 6P LED Fits in the palm of my hand. LED bulb puts out 80 lumens (a 3-battery D-cell mag light shines at 77 lumens) and is "whiter" than incandescent lamps. Battery life is 11 hours; much longer for normal inspections because it's not continuous. Bulb will last for 1000's of hours. It'll light a darker attic or crawlspace plenty well. $85 or so online at Surefire.com.
Bill Kibbel
"LED bulb puts out 80 lumens" That's not very bright. The Streamlight SL-35X is 400 lumens The UltraStinger is 295. Even the SL-20x(p)s put out 200.
