John Dirks Jr Posted June 9, 2010 Report Share Posted June 9, 2010 I sometimes find the basement concrete or masonry walls insulated with this thin fiberglass sheets that have vapor barrier attached. Sometimes the stuff is wet from trapped moisture. It seems like there are cases where it's doing more harm than good. What is your experience with it? How do you report the issue?
