Chris Bernhardt
I can't recall ever seeing a running splice in a service drop to a house. Is that legal? Download Attachment: jse_IMG_7363.jpg 53.24 KB Chris, Oregon

Brian G
Besides, anything the power company does is okay to start with. If you don't believe it, just ask them. [] Brian G. Speaking From Experience [:-indiffe
hausdok
Hi, Well, I think it makes sense that they should be entitled to splice it when necessary. Sooner or later, every roll of wire runs out and leaves an odd-sized length of cable that's too short for the next application. if they couldn't do that they'd be left with a mountain of cut-offs worth a lot of wasted cash. Eric B
As Brian said, the electric utility is God when it comes to electricity. If anyone wants to question them be my guest - I've been down that path and it wasn't an enjoyable outcome.
