Darren
I don't understand how a quality inspection can be done for free. I don't understand how a quality home inspection can be done for under $300.00 and 2 hours but that seems to be the norm around here. I lost 2 inspection last week on past clients (1 was 9 years ago, the other 7 yrs) because I was too high. Forget the fact that both houses were virtually problem free; it all about the money. Robert Jones
Darren, I have been noticing this more and more as the inspections have dried up. One of the local hi co's in my area, offer's different levels starting in the low $100 range. I am just sticking to my guns and maintaining my pricing where it is. Much like anything else, you get what you pay for.
Steven Hockstein
I think it's just plain despicable. Using contractors for systems you do not inspect or the $15 Brinks program? I am thinking that it means helping another company to sell their goods or services ( for $15 or $0) as part of your home inspection. I'm hearing about the competition's $400 HTR package a lot. We don't even try to compete with that.
