Bain
. . . would someone go to so much trouble to do it wrong when five more minutes would have gotten it right? I realize there have been a couple of threads in the past about these photo-electric sensors, but it's the first time I've seen it. hausdok
Hi, Nope, I guess it's as right as any other. Have any of you ever approached an overhead door guy and asked him innocently, "Say, I'm having a debate with a couple of guys I know, could you tell me what the rule is in regard to secondary entrapment devices in 16CFR1211?" Try it sometime, the, "16CFR.....? What the hell is that," response along with the deer in the headlights expression is kind of comical. ONE TEAM - ONE FIGHT!!! kurt
I honestly think that would be harder, and take longer, than doing it right.
waynesoper
That is to open the door in case a bird flies in. Must be a tree hugger in that house
Richard Saunders
Alot less wire to run. Maybe they did it to give you a chuckle. Those things are dang hard to bypass. Reminds me of my John Deere mower, I spent an afternoon bypassing all the crap that made it shut off whenever I got off or thought about getting off.
