  3. In my area they are called cut valley. I write them up if they are not cut where the greater water slope or greater pitch. I had 2 of them on the same day last week.   7. On my walk and talk I look and check the same things I would if I was doing a written report. I just tell my client what I find and they write down what they want to.
  8. Ezra, That is a good dream. It seams that I lacked the willpower to cut back on my food intake and do what I need to do to lose the weight.
  9. I look at it like this way. The flashing has a proper way to be installed. It is not installed as it should be.
  10. Jim, I have seen them like that and write them up every time.
  11. There is no storm collar on the roof flashing and the shingles are installed on top of the flashing at the bottom where the bottom/lower area of the flashing should be on top of the shingles.

  13. The pipe is hard to see, but the pipe runs up out of the ground then turns down. I would say this is trap in the line. Has there ever been a time this would of been approved.   18. Some of the condos I have done would have the little blower unit and coil above the tub in the bathroom. They had a metal panel that opened up where you could get to them They are a pain to install. When I get time I will see if I can find a photo.

  24. For carrying item into the crawlspace I use a simple hard plastic tote tray that about 6 inches deep. I side it around in front of me. I carry everything in it that I carry into the crawlspace.
  25. As I am still learning about the governance of ASHI I see this as taking thing away from the membership. I do agree that there needs to be changes made. There are some good points in the motion like a smaller board and that the directors should be open up to others beside the CoR. I would voted yes for these changes. But as a whole (motion) I voted no.
