Mike Lamb Posted May 7, 2013 Report Share Posted May 7, 2013 This panel and breakers does not look like a Stablock. I googled NOAR and came up with a Federal Pacific NOARK stock certificate. I did not take the cover off this because when I started I found that the circuit breakers were being compressed into the panel and were starting to come off at the cover so I said forget it.
