I am sure there are packages out there that have a lot of bells and whistles but I am on a tight budget and need a basic reporting system. If they're "premium" is so basic, it won't meet your needs long term and YOU are going to be living with those reports for a LONG time. Marc That's healthy. Although, I use simple icon indicators in my list of concerns. It does help civilians focus and understand better. A little color and graphic punch isn't all a bad idea.
