Chad Fabry 54
I sent a report to another inspector the other day so that he could look at the report layout. I purposely didn't send a "cherry- picked" document. I chose it at random because I didn't remember the client name or the house address. After I sent it , I read it and came across this.
Erby 41
Too much of that wacky weed? Or is it blueberry wine?
Jim Baird 36
Any kind of writing, or every kind that is, needs a "cooling off" period. When the writer returns with cold reason he can usually weed out a lot.
Marc 83
I tend to write the report in the evening and proof it in the morning. Sometimes my spouse, possessing a minor in linguistics, proofs it for me. I've said some outlandish things by mistake but this Trump thing beats it all. At least now I know that my friend, just west of Rochester, has wise and healthy views.
Tom Breslawski 5
It's funny. I find that adding something like that to the report is alright as long as you've sized up the client and are pretty sure they can handle a little humor. Good stuff!

Marc 83
Putting the right sort of humor into your reports makes it sing.
