Dishwasher Light

Recommended Posts

I've seen lots of those. Folks love their Bosches around here, including me.

I've never researched, but I always thought that light was to let a person know the unit is running because they run so quietly.

I've got a Bosch too, but it's apparently not the super-duper model with a light to let the totally clueless know that it's running. Bosch D/W's aren't THAT quiet. Unless you are an octagenarian or older, I suspect you'll hear it running.

I suspect it's a marketing gimmick.

(It is kinda cool, though.)

That's the thing. The reeltour said it indicated the dw was on, that as we stood listening to it run.
