Phillip Posted April 19, 2011 Report Share Posted April 19, 2011 I am one of the ones that does re-inspections. I require a list of agreed repairs and a copy of the receipts of the work done. I charge half of the inspection fee or $200, which ever is greater. I have been ask how I wanted it fixed and I tell them properly. If they ask how do you fix it properly, I tell them if their contractor does not know how to fix it properly they need to get some one else.
