Les Posted April 16, 2014 Author Report Share Posted April 16, 2014 Well the story is typical Michigan repo market. Today there will be 20 or so of these houses demo'd in Detroit and mid Michigan. Bank owned, mortgages multiples of value, abandoned, broken plumbing etc and most effective way to get them off books is bulldoze. We have strict liability laws and not a living soul will advocate for re-cycle. I really don't care for the word recycle in this case because there is not much wrong or not useful with the stuff to begin with.
