Les
Steven, Nice listing! But, I can't seem to find out what I would get from you for $125.00 and one hour of your time! That info actually came to me from the largest broker around here who is encouraging agents to check it out and use them if possible. I know, I know ------
AHI in AR
$125 inspections????? If you pay McDonald's hamburger prices, don't come complaining (with lawyer in tow) when you don't get a beautiful hunk of steak. After all, that's not what you paid for! StevenT
$125.00??? That would get you about an hours worth of just about anything, except sex. On second thought, If you buy me lunch, maybe I'll throw in the sex. [:-paperba

mthomas1
The $125, one hour inspection is a lot like the $3.00, two minute hair cut.

Phillip
I wonder if he does more that sticks his head in the attic and crawlspace. It sounds like he/they only walks around and writes down the things that the client can see that wrong.
