Mike Lamb Posted December 4, 2010 Author Report Share Posted December 4, 2010 This roof has a story besides Barbie. I was called to do a judge ordered inspection for a couple getting a divorce. The wife had not lived in this house for 10 years. I did the initial inspection in a snow storm so I came back to do the roof a week later. I found a man’s wedding ring up near the ridge. I called the guy and told him what I’d found, and he said he hadn’t seen his ring in he didn’t know how long. I put it in an envelope and put it I his mailbox. He said I could have it if it wasn’t his and I told him I didn’t want it. I didn’t hear from him again. I have also found purses, wallets, embedded bullet slugs and car keys on roofs.
