Erby Posted March 5, 2011 Report Share Posted March 5, 2011 Did a foreclosure today that had been vacant with the power off for over a year. The local utility wouldn't turn the power back on until the electrical system had been inspected by the local AHJ, so it was, just a few days ago according to the sticker on the electrical panel. I guess they overlooked the fact that the support cable from the neutral to the mast had broken. All the weight was on the neutral's electrical spice.
