Mike Lamb
I stole this shot from a garage I was in the other day. Guess the model and year. Click to Enlarge 45.08 KB

hspinnler
Nice pic. Late 1950's from the big three is all I could guess. I stumbled upon a revealing crash test comparison on Youtube with a '59 Bel Air against a late model Chevy. I mistakenly thought all that sheetmetal of the classic car would have provided more cushion. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cJrXViFfMGk
Mike Lamb
There's too little to go on from my pic. It's a '66-ish Chevy Impala. Cool car if you didn't have to sit in the middle of the back seat. That hump was brutal. Click to Enlarge 52.46 KB
Les
Click to Enlarge 52.46?KB Photo is certainly a statement regarding life in metro America. Worn out garage, concrete work done in segments over the years, 16 overhead wires randomly shooting thru space, 3,000 pounds of plastic, steel, lead, moly, chrome, paper, copper and all topped off like an ice cream sundae with a plastic end table from China. I suppose you could talk about this photo for hours, if you were so inclined!
Jim Baird
A stepfather owned one. Drove like a big boat, real floaty but fast.
