  1. HEALTHY dump....not in my house. Three pounds of OH MY GOSH. Just what type of toilet do you have Kurt? The only fixture I've ever seen the could handle that is an outhouse or Port A Can. Start 234.5 This am 231
  2. Are you certain?[:-dunce]
  3. Good or bad, I am now certified...able.[:-wiltel]
  4. You people are making my head (hair as Kurt would say) hurt. I'm done with my lunch and catching up with this forum so back to installing heated seats in the wife's convertible.
  5. Houses and everything else. I used them in commercial spaces next to a smoked fill bar and in mall spaces where carpet cleaning companies could not eliminate the after effects of a burst sewer line. My company replaced drywall, grid and ceiling tiles. I keep a unit in my home. I do keep the ozone portion turned off except for once or twice a year I'll crank it up to kill anything that is in the house. Did it when I took the family to Branson for thanksgiving. I breathe much better and haven't had a sinus infection in years. I'm sad that I can not take it with me when I fly. Check me at IW, by Sunday PM I'll be congested.
  6. At first, I thought it might be "Great Minds Think Alike" but I'm pretty sure he means "Gonna Move To Albuquerque". Bill, GMTA think about it. There has to be more than.............. http://www.internetslang.com/GMTA.asp
  7. In MS a disclosure statement is required if an agent is involved. Energy cost for the past year are a required disclosure item. I collect a disclosure statement and keep it in my paper files. Call the agents involved. Both would be foolish (could be breaking RE regulations) to not have kept a copy.
  8. 1. It's not less expensive. The arbitrator, his expenses and the company must be paid. Both side still incur legal, expert and other fees. 2. You don't know who it will be. I've worked cases where it was a judge and one case where is was an engineer. It depends on who the arbitration company decides to retain. At best, the judge will know the law. I prefer a jury. Most people want to do the right thing. The attys simply must get the facts out.
  9. Lots of French-Canadians here suck the crawfish heads but not I. I'm one of the few conservative ones. Just don't get between me and my hog head cheese. Marc Ca c' est bon The fat in the head holds lots of spicy flavor. Use your pinky nail to scoop the fat and suck the rest. Suckin on the heads is about the only time I want a beer. I started college in LA and worked out of Baton Rouge for a few years. The best food was always to be found at a hole in the wall. Had a blast in NO yesterday. the tall child is my niece from Vienna. 10. I find them in some 70's tract homes. I also refer to them as a metal chase; just as I refer to the 90's version as an EIFS clad chase that shields the fireplace vent.
  11. Funny thing, had my gallbladder removed 10/23. Had an attack one Sunday night in early Oct. No idea what the cause was. I only had all I could eat fried shrimp for lunch and licked the bowls from 5 cakes and 5 icing batches. Spent most of the night in the ER. Several test over teh next week and was told it had to go quick. Fried food and all the other IBS stuff doesn't stick around but I've only put weight on since that date. The bride has been making cake balls by the 100's. I'm the QC dept.
  12. That song has stuck in my mind since I heard it in the early 80's. My wife made me an off I could not refuse last year . All I had to do was to eat by the weight watcher plan day by day. I did loose a bit of weight. As Phillip has said, a life style change is needed in my case. Water is the first thing. Never drink the stuff. The diet change I can do. Did it last year for about 4 months. Exercise is the tough one. Arthritis in my thumbs gives me an excuse from weight lifting and that was the only excise I ever enjoyed. The tissue in my broken ankle has never healed. I walk fine for short distances but the swelling sets in pretty quickly. I swim poorly. In the past cycling has bothered the arthritis in my hips. I blame the arthritis on the fact I was run over by a car when I was a kid. The country club has a pool but it's not open in the winter. My chair is looking better and better. Seriously, I'm planning to walk a little, ride a little and Wii as much as I can. It was fun to play with last yeas but did not make me sweat. By the way 234.5 this am. IT has been a wonderful holiday. I'm about to leave for New Orleans to play for the day and leave my sister in law's family to catch a flight back to Vienna in tomorrow. Of course I must show them the city and several eating establishments. Don't forget Cafe Du Monde and the beignets. I don't think I'm putting any cash in our little contest.
  13. Hummmm, sure Jim. By the way, at 395 I'd hate to see your other cheeks! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t_rqvFoz6YU
  14. Has anyone ever seen "A civil action" ? It gives a Hollywood view but there are some expenses to these actions. As the film shows and Jim said, the attys are after the lions share of the settlement. Millionaires in the making.
  15. 230 lbs 38" 5'8" looking for 200.................but not by March
  16. I take a stab at it. In my simple terms....A/C = alternating current. On a 120 volt circuit current flows both directions on both the conductors. Black and white. Out of the breaker on the black....to the light bilb and continues on through the white conductor to the panel. It's a circle. Then the current reverses and flows back along the same path.
  17. I'll defer to others RE the plate, but modifying the trim is a major pain in the arse, and the final product looks awful besides. It's meaningless, but those switchplates are tough to trim because they break so easily. Once in place, though, after the rough edges are caulked and painted, everything blends in pretty well. Spend a few more cents and spring for the nylon plate. Cuts like a dream.
  18. Like chad said. use the air to push all water out. Start at the fixture closest to the water service entrance. 30 lbs. air pressure. Use RV anti freeze from Walmart. A dishwasher is a trap. Close off the water heater and washing machine valves after the blown out is complete.
  19. That is where I am having the challenge. How does one install flashing for a window, door, or other penetration in a shingle fashion when the sheathing is your WRB? The only way I can see it being done is to cut through the foam board and install a "Z" type flashing to cap off the flashing detail. Currently around here builders are relying on self adhering flashing tapes to do the job; however, my personal opinion is the tape will fail much sooner than later especially on the horizontal details. 23. Local cop shop performs the warranty here. Of course, It helps that they sold all 3 to me!
  24. Well if you must know..... I had a client do a crawlspace with me about a month ago. It was in a city about 50 miles south. Want to guess where I left his light! On the bumper. The home seller gave it to his agent who called me. Go figure. Sent the lady a priority mail box full of bubble wrap, a label with my address and postage to put on the outside of the box. No gift, coffee card or anything. She sent the light back anyway! Go figure. Fenix Fenix Fenix Fenix (Oh, what did I say dear? nothing)
  25. I have two ultra stingers. They charge in the truck. Sim plying swapping them between inspections keeps them going strong. I replaced 1 battery in 4 years. Water got to it. I was using the light to direct parking at church one rainy night. The need to replace the bulb has been directly related to hard bumps while the light is in use. They fail shortly after a drop. I wound up with two when I replaced the one I thought I lost. My daughter had borrowed it and left it in mom's car. I quietly purchased another before finding the one in mom's car. Of course this was a few weeks after I purchased a new one to replace the one that rolled off of my bumper. It seems that is where I left it when I was packing up after my am inspection to drive 90 miles to an afternoon inspection. They serve me well. If I would only loose one of these I'd HAVE to look at a Fenix.
