I don't see the reason for concern. I'd be happy to inspect it and hope the buyers have the resources to restore and preserve it.

Now on this one, I didn't have the same receptivity.

I should have known when they told me there was no driveway (or even a road within a half mile).

Most of you know I am like a crow - anything bright and shiny and I want to pick it up and take it home.

I love the place, just not for a first time homeowner!

I could have parked on the road and spent two hours reading the sign artwork!

You bet it can, and should be, saved. Alas, it won't be.

That lack of steerage when confronted with bright and shiny can make for a much more interesting life, Les. It's a good thing!

I'm favorably impressed with how plumb the barn is. The ones around WNY are generally tilted by at least ten degrees. But they won't blow down!!!
